One format, two languages, nearly 720,000 views

CleverFacts and OgarnikThe same short-form educational format adapted for English and Polish audiences with translation and expressive dubbing, and what the asymmetric results say about which concepts travel between markets.

In brief

CleverFacts (English) and Ogarnik (Polish) publish localised versions of the same underlying short-form educational concepts. The work is adaptation rather than literal translation: keeping expressive delivery across languages through translation and expressive dubbing, and testing whether formats transfer between markets, with topic selection, hooks, pacing and publishing cadence iterated against the observable audience response.

Combined, the two channels had nearly 720,000 views on 15 September 2026, with approximately 1,000 subscribers each. Views are not unique viewers, and this does not prove ML engineering; what it shows is a format built, adapted and measured across two audiences.
